A. The Lampworks will send an e-mail Confirmation Letter to the winning bidder after the auction. This will be done after eBay sends out their End of Auction Notification (please be patient - sometimes eBay’s notices are slow, depending upon auction volume and internet traffic). The Confirmation Letter will list the winning bid amount, listed shipping charges, and insurance fees (optional, at buyer’s discretion), where to mail your payment, etc.
- Continental U.S. Bidders may assume that the total charges are the winning bid + shipping charges listed in the auction text.

or money orders.
Note: USPS Customs Declarations, if required, will be filled out accurately and honestly. Please do not ask us to falsify Customs Declarations to avoid Customs' Fees.

Q. If I win multiple auctions, will items be combined to save shipping charges? |
A. At the buyers request, and within reason, we gladly combine items for shipping and recalculate the shipping charges. Auctions must end within three (3) days of each other to qualify. Heavy or bulky items may not be combined with fragile or glass items to minimize the possibility of damage.
A. Generally, when the Reserve Price is not met, we will re-list the item. If it doesn't meet the reserve a second time, we usually return the item to Shop Inventory. Feel free at any time to make an offer on any item that did not make the Reserve (provided it is not currently listed). Remember that in so doing, neither party is protected by eBay's protection policies.
